    Description

    A nice rare example of a
    excavated
    2 piece Civil War period Confederate
    LOCAL
    domed old english Infantry "I" button.    Albert# CS-185-TY.    Backmark is blank as expected.  This dug button has a very nice dark chocolate patina.  Full shank.  There is a very tiny slight dent to the right of the "I" .    Button measures 21.27mm.
