    Antique original FROZEN CHARLOTTE PENNY TOY DOLL circa 1920s. You are receiving what is in the photograph. Sold as is. We do not clean any collectibles nor antiques. We leave that to our customers to take care of. Do not allow children to handle. Do not use for consumption or usage. This is meant for adult display purposes only. Shipping is combined, but over one pound we go by the ounce based on USPS guidelines.
